They screwed us on a "Buy One Get One" offer. Didn't mention that there was a $700 limit on the "free" phone, reiterated several times that one phone would be COMPLETELY FREE... Now they won't even honor the bogo offer we signed up for in the first place when we were told the second phone would be "completely free." They're horrible and their customer service and "customer loyalty" department are a crock of s***. They will keep you on the phone forever with all these false promises of credits and so forth. Been with at&t since the Stone Age. Love it 😍. Recently got my iPhone 7 plus, bought a zagg invisible screen protector but it chipped! Not even a month later it was cracking on its own. I took it back to the store thinking I was gonna get the normal customer service response of, you have to contact zagg it's their product. But NO, Ivan went to his manager explained the situation & comes back to tell me he got approved a one time replacement in the store on THEM! I was like wooooooww, you're so fantastic.
Switched from Verizon to AT&T and so far we've had the worst experience. We got our phones at Target the girl over there (RITA don't go to her) lied to us which is not this locations fault, however when we went in to see what they could do for us they didn't do much for us to try to make us happy. They basically said � sorry! We've experienced drop calls, slow internet, and unavailable service for instance some areas at Valle Vista Mall. Can't wait for our to Years to be up!
At&t the worlds worst mobile customer service. I would prefer to use 2 tin cans attached by a string than use AT&T. Horrible, Horrible Horrible..
