I have never in 9 years of being with att been so disrespected and treated in such away. They also lied about being able to switch info from one phone to another. Tell me att no longer does this and you have to do it on iTunes. Lie, just talked to att. Try to call the store to speak with a manager only for them not to answer. Im sure they knew I was going to call. Livid to say the least!!!
I love the Watauga AT&T. Tiffany and Ray are awesome people and helped me with everything I needed and I was a difficult customer. The other sales associates were good too. They made me feel like family. Thanks guys.
