Bad service bad attitudes and I've been a customer for 20 years. Take back your bad phones AT&T the Samsung line is horrible and you know it!

My husband surprised me today by purchasing me a new iPad and iPhone. Since I wasn't there he told his salesman Adam Weis not to turn off my my existing phone. In fact he told Adam Weis 3 TIMES DO NOT TURN OFF MY WIFES PHONE! My phone was turned off! I had no idea what happened. When my husband came home with $1000 worth of new toys I told him my phone is off. I called AT&T and was informed my service cannot get restored. Terribly inefficient. The rep asked for the same basic info at least 10 times
15 employees wondering around but only 5 actually helping customers.
If there was a zero star button....that is what this store would get today!
