Phones are too expensive and to get any discount you have to sign up for Direct TV. I can switch to Verizon and get a great deal. Been with AT&T forever but they don’t take care of existing customers only those from other carriers. May be time to switch now.

AT&T tried to ACH my account today for $1247.00. Triple my normal monthly bill and triple my phone quote the gave me for cancelling my service. The reason for for me changing service is simple. I moved to Denison Texas and since have had very bad service. Multiple dropped calls then AT&T lost a tower that completely caused us to lose service at our office and home. To my knowledge that tower is still not repaired. I find it incredibly unethical to ACH a final bill without sending in advance what the bill will be and why. In ... read more

AT&T contracted Bentley Service Co. to install a line in my house. They came and did the work but tore up my yard. I contacted Bruce with that company by phone at least 10 times, maybe more, left message after message and my calls were never returned. Then contacted AT&T several times and was told they had closed my claim and the contractor was responsible for fixing the damage. This all started in Dec. and nothing has been done to repair my yard.
