First let me say this isn’t a bad review for AT&T as a company but for this particular store on 98 in Lakeland. Their customer service is a 0. After multiple trips to the store talking with multiple people with them saying what they were going to do or the service they were going to provide, things weren’t done. Rickey was great at the North Lakeland Store!!!! I pre-ordered my IPhone 7 plus and by the time I left the store I had a mini IPad, wireless headset, new phone case, extra charger and protective screen glass!!! What a salesperson!!!!! Can't wait for my phone to come in!!!!!
