He assisted with a phone trade in then took the time to help us combine our wireless and internet accounts which helped us save us some money. It was a pleasant experience working with Jin who was very friendly, helpful and professional.

3 times to get phone going half way. Lost all my photos and contacts. Have unlimited plan and now it comes across my phone since data used now my phone will be slower. Not worth having on. After being with them since they were brighthouse, i think its time to go.
