Completely and utterly disappointed! I just got a phone plan and the guy that helped me gave me a plan I didn’t ask for! Why am I getting charged this amount for my first bill? I don’t even want anything to do with AT&T and I’m a new customer. Told me I would get the most affordable plan. Why lie I find that very upsetting. He gave the worst customer experience. Didn’t explain a thing about my services or these sneaky outrageous charges?

Cleveland at the Norfolk pkwy store was incredibly patient and helpful. My neighbor is deaf and thankfully Cleveland knows sign language. He treated her so well and with dignity. He is a great asset to AT&T. I've told several people about our exceptional experience. Thank you so much Cleveland
