I’ve been with AT&T since they bought Cingular and it’s because of the customer service. You can tell when you’re working with a corporate location, because it’s a great experience. I worked with Colby today to upgrade my dad’s phone. While I’m usually pretty versed with my plan details, he was able to further educate me on the small details and value of the plan I have.
