Got VERY frustrated. We have to sign in & I I sat there an hour. A lady walked in & “just wanted someone to put her screen saver plastic on her new phone.” They took her ahead of me & she monopolized the agent for 20 minutes!!! I asked the guy if she was prettier than me & was that why he took her first. He stammered. Andrew, the manager, was very pleasant. The young man that stammered was very pleasant too & hopefully fixed my issue.

They fixed the problem. Was only one tech working. Took forever almost 2 hours
Came to the store today to buy phone cover and head phones, but the store was closed due to there having a meeting. I have twice over the phone to have my bill mailed to me. Of course not happening. You could of least put a notice on the door for customers. I'm thinking about a different phone company now.
att upgraded my contract, without asking me and now I'm stuck with a broken phone and can't upgrade
got in touch with att on line they said there would be NO charge for replacing my phone because I have been a loyal customer and never used a insurance claim so I agreed to have it replace instead of up grading then they charged me anyway for $149.99 so I contacted them they subtract the $149.99 and had me pay the rest on my monthly bill now I'm receiving a late notice of $149.99 so I contact them again mind you I have never been late they said that it was taking care of from the manager they just sent me another notice I'm ... read more
So why did AT&T suddenly put a password on my voicemail without notifying me? Now I can't access voicemail because I don't know what it's new password is. Also, when I tried to access its site to try to find out, I couldn't. Very bad performance from a tech company, especially since my contract expires next month.
