Just had another phone experience with this company . It was just horrible . I spent over an hour trying to get someone on the line . When I finally did speak with a retention specialist she was kind and listened . Then transferred me to someone it tech support who spoke broken english. They are horrible with their cust service . As soon as my girl gets back I am heading to Brighthouse to sign up and get this ATT equiptment out of my house. I wish they had treated me better maybe we could have come to a resolution.. I think they need to start being a better employer, I think they need to start being more honest because it seems to me they have a problem in that department. Their Phone Techs need to learn on the job and not out of a book because anyone can read a solution to a problem but if you have been out in the field you understand what your reading..duh.
