Definitely recommend this store. They are so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
This store is horrible. My wife used to work there and the manager sexually harassed my wife all the time
There is absolutely no follow up or nothing. They sell you a phone and plan and thats it. They are good until you sign up. If you have any problems good luck to you

I would suggest that if possible go anywhere else. The people working there are not friendly, will answer questions, but not because they want to, only because they have to. They act like you are bothering them by coming into the store.
I went to the AT&T store located by the new Starbuck on Arsenal St. Let me say this simply, I was horriafied and in shock of the way I was treated because of my sexual oreintation by one of the managers. I ended up getting the run arround when I tryed to address this situation until I talked with the Regional Manager. Let me put it this way...once i get this bill payed Iam switching back to Verizon Wireless where they do not put up with this kind of discrimination!!!
The sales person at this store messed up cancelling my husbands account for when he deployed so ATT deducted nearly \$200 (i.e. early cancellation fee) out of our bank account without notice. When I called ATT to complain, they said they never received the deployment orders although we took them to the ATT store in Watertown. It was a big hassle to get it fixed and to get our money back.
i love at&T but the one in the mall has no knowledge of whats going on and you wind on with charges that,you were never told about i spoke with at&t they said they were aware tht these things happen and to pls ALWAYS DO IT ONLINE TALKING TO THEM FOR ANYTHING BLESSINGS
