I went to Edwardsville store this week for a upgrade on my phone. I am a elderly person who is not that tech savvy. Sunnie waited on me who was very helpful with my option were to purchase a new phone with trade in. Mary the assistance manger and Sunnie went beyond the call of duty to take care of me.
