Worst store in the area. I have had great service at other stores but this store the employees are worthless. Avoid this store at all cost! The general manager is rude and useless.

Leslie, I am sorry you feel this way, in regards to the plan, there is no benefit to changing your plan other than giving the customer the most for what they are paying for. As we discussed when you were in store, I am happy to switch your plan back to the plan you previously had due to the misunderstanding between you and my sales rep, which would get you the watchTV back just not the hotspot that was added with the plan change. RecommendedIf you're looking to switch to AT&T, I highly recommend seeing Curtis T. at the Collinsville location. He went above and beyond assisting my wife and I with switching over from another carrier. He and the manager, Amber M., excel at customer service and have been an absolute joy to deal with!

This store is a nightmare!! Finally wanting to up grade my tablet. That was the beginning Michael ordered one similar to the one I liked but not it! Found out the next day in an email. Couldn't cancel it ! Still waiting for my credits on a tablet I never opened and sent back on August 5th. Being charged and don't even have it! They have been unhelpful to say the least. DON'T USE THEM IF YOU NEED AN UPGRADE OR ANOTHER PHONE......TRY ANOTHER STORE,

had four people in front of me on the list, waited 30+ minutes and still no help and walked out. going to the store in edwardsville next time.
Great customer service, great deals and no dropped calls. We got 3 phones/lines, Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S5 and Galaxy S5 Mini. Our experience was very good.
If I didn't have to check a star I wouldn't, worst service ever. Had to wait 30 mins to get help and they had two people standing around playing on their phones. Then after we finally get some help the girl does not seem to know what she talking about then it turns out the don't even have the phone we want after we were told they did. They did not care about theirs customers at all. Would not recommend this store to anyone.
