Takes forever to get anything done.
Not really appropriate for a female employee to ask a married man to friend request her on facebook. If she really wanted to know about "his business" she could've looked up the company's Facebook page. Looks kinda trashy Maria.

Second time in a month I've been there to upgrade my phone, first time my charging port broke and I was a month away from my upgrade and was told they couldn't upgrade me one month early not even after ten years of service and only because my phone broke. Second time tonight walked in store was empty only two customers being helped and one couple walked in ahead of me waited for an hour without getting helped because I walked out after watching the manager walk around doing nothing but checking in new customers instead of ac... read more
The worst. Was in Sunday, it was busy was quoted 20 minutes and it took 55 Minutes fine I understand it gets busy but another employee was talking to the person checking customers in. Why couldn't the person standing around talking to the employee checking people in help customers? He walked around the store doing nothing. Great customer service not.
