I know this is a very stressful time for everyone having to deal with the COVID-19 outbreak. Today my family and I were helped out by 2 amazing employees, when we find out that the manager had snuck to the back to call corporate on one of them for wearing gloves..... The fact that she reported someone for that just shows how dirty she is. This man is protecting himself and people like my mother who have a VERY low immune systems. Will never come back to this store. Have had a certain employee "help" me twice now. He is absolutely rude and ridiculous, and the one time he refused to even pull up my account to answer questions. I will be going to a different store from now on.
Service was somewhat lacking. He could have been a little more interested in getting all my information moved from old phone to new phone.
I have no problem with them and I've been with them for over 10 years. Their service is great. Keep up the good work!
Came in for a simple issue, kept skipping me for people who wanted to buy phones. Waited about 30 minutes and then left. Went to the location in the Coventry Mall and was waited on immediately by friendly staff. Just skip the wait and go 2 minutes down the road.
I've had several great experiences at this shop. Tonight I was helped immediately and the fellow fixed my phone issue within 5 minutes. Plus he gave me sound advice. Thanks!
This place is ridiculous. I've been here for half an hour already just waiting to get a copy of my final bill. I have been ignored the entire time I've been here. It always takes forever to be taken care of here but this is a joke....
