Horrible customer service. I’ve just spent 2 hours in a store after an hour at another store and 3 hours on with customer service, having the inefficiencies in AT&T’s customer service system explained to me. I’m not any closer to having my new phone but I’m now we’ll educated on how their different departments do not communicate and how they can’t correct any mistakes the other departments make. Worst company ever. I’m a vet and was treated terribly. Stay away from this scumbag company.
Only giving them 1 star because thats the lowest option. WORST customer service EVER. The associates dont acknowledge your presence even after we stood there for 20 min. There were several folks who came in after us were ignored also. They couldnt care less. #DesperatelyNeedCustomerServiceSkills
