Very disappointed in AT&T and the manager of this store. I have been an AT&T wireless customer for 20+ years and have 6 lines. I went in to replace a phone and was given poor info by the sales person. I asked for a phone that had all the features of the phone I was replacing and they suggested a Samsung A7 ( I wanted a Samsung). When I got home I realized that the phone didn't support NFC so I couldn't use GooglePay or Samsung pay. I took the phone back to the store and wanted to exchange it for a phone that met my needs. Spent 2 1/2 hours getting my mothers Verizon phone switched over to my At&T account. After all the shenanigans, including the guy trying to figure why the phone wouldn’t charge (it didn’t even have a battery in it), we get home and find out that the transfer of accounts didn’t work. I can see a new guy having issues but the manager looked as if he was being inconvenienced but helping this guy.
