This review is for the amazing customer service Clayton provided to me today. I am an AT&T customer and I walked in and asked if someone might be able to install my screen protector on my new iPhone, because I'm always worried I'll do a bad job. Clayton was so kind, he read the instructions, applied the screen protector and gave me tips on how to do it on my own for the future. I appreciate the kindness from Clayton and the excellent customer service!
My nephew and I went to the store and spoke with an employee with a name that sound something like Clayton not really sure if that was his name I just know it started with a C anyway he was incredibly rude to us and my nephew is Autistic so I was trying to help him with his decision making. In the hour that we were there he cut us off and was extremely rude when we first sat down. He cut us off as we were asking questions. The store owner was personally great and his staff were as well. I had a beautiful experience upgrading my Samsung ultra phone to the latest model and got a new watch that should REALLY help my safety with my disability and being in a wheelchair. THANK YOU FOR THE GOOD EXPERIENCE! <3<3<3
