This company exhibits absolutely the worst customer service on every level that I have ever experienced in my entire life. The sales people are incompetent, the managers are incompetent and customer service leaves you on hold and then hangs up on you or transfers you in circles because no one wants to help you. I spent five days trying to get all of my lines transferred over from Verizon which was a huge headache and after only 12 hours on AT&T I am switching back. Do not waste your time or your money with these people!

PSA: Don't consider for future cell phone service. Crooks isn't even a proper word. FYI: if you sign a contract, they (conveniently) leave out that after 14 days, returns are not allowed. Devices must be paid in full before/upon termination of said contract. #smoothmoves

Was told at time of phone purchase my husband and I would receive reimbursements to pay our Verizon cancellation fees. Needless to say they will not honor it now. Sales rep just wanted to make a sale. Poor customer service. I do not recommend anyone to this store nor to any at&t store. Very dissatisfied. We will be switching back to Verizon soon. �

Just to make a sale the manager did not explain the Internet services and every time someone gets on the internet it goes over the gigabyte so they sent me a bill for $1246 stay away from AT&T and their lying managers (Kenny)
Was lied to by two different employees who gave us a price for our plan. $80 over what we were told and nobody gives a shit. Go with anybody else for a phone company. nothing but lying sacks of shit here.
