My husband is a former AT&T corporate employee. I know that Mr Erickson’s behavior does not line up with the expectations of your business. I highly doubt he is treating customers of color with the respect they deserve while representing your company. Not okay!
Helped me as soon as I walked into the building... told him what I was looking for and instantly directed me to the right place and didn't try to push additional items or services on me (I love that) Thank You for all the help and for applying my screen guard.
