so im here at the AT&T on teleagrph and the making me pay taxes again on a order that they cancelled cause of port information the lady that was suppose to do my order left so I have to repay and do the order all over again and pay

I have been with ATT every SINCE I had a home and cell phone. For some reason..their service is "slipping" through the cracks..I have had more PROBLEMS for about a year....than ever.

The associate Ryan was very helpful, walked us through everything and took his time! I appreciated his knowledge and am happy customer. However was very disappointed in the fact that you had 1 style of a case for the phones we purchased and it was not very impressive S8 Active which is why I gave a 4 instead of a 5.

I was just there today to help my mom choose a new phone to upgrade to. We had an amazing experience with every single worker in the store. We have never had a bad experience at this store. Matt is a great manager and Jorge is an awesome, friendly and funny sales rep. We love all of the employees at this location and will never go to a different store. I highly recommend this store for all of your AT&T needs!
