Customer service is shit. My phone has been shut off multiple times due to AT&T error (confirmed by the bank) but I just got yelled at (yes yelled at on the phone) by some Indian SUPERVISOR. Maybe you should send all of your outsourced employees to customer service training in a language they can understand. AT&T has promised me $200 in gift cards for inconveniences and I had also been promised fee reversals that never happened... you people are just crappy people...

Service absolutely sucks! They want a ton of money for U-verse it's the worst cable company ever! I can barely watch an episode of anything a it shuts down... Sent a signal out a million times still doesn't work! I'm going back to Comcast! People don't get U-verse! It's not worth it!
