Took my my Mobile internet box in today to let them know My husband has terminal cancer ,and I could not pay any more the manager told me the only way to get out of the contract was if he died .Then she proceed to see how much we owed on the contract and found out I was not on it and could not help me, That we had to call them and he had to approved to close the account..My husband had brain surgery last week and is not able to be on hold or concentrate well , I left the box and told her i could not deal with this right now ... read more
