I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but, he was super patient with me. I purchased an Apple Watch but, didn’t realize my phone needed to be updated before pairing the watch. He sat for about an hour until it was finished to help me set up the watch. Thanks again! 😁

All the employees are awesome but shout outs go to the new manager Patrick & A#1 employee Jamis for going above and beyond to get the issue taken care on my account which took 2 days! Just had a great retail sales experience with Terrell Dickerson. He transferred service, checked out my old phone for a hardware issue and gave me directions how to unlock it, and gave me information about the current best replacement for my wife's phone. He explained everything thoroughly and didn't rush, making certain I understood everything. Thanks, Terrell.
We waited two hours for our requested salesperson then had to leave after making an appointment then due to so much snow we had to cancel our appointment. Our Sales rep called us later in the day to make another appointment, then was able to hopefully have our issues taken care of tomorrow. Our rep is Terrell he is absolutely an wonderful a perfect asset to to your company
