Wife and I recently shifted our cell providers from Verizon to ATT after being with Verizon for over 20 years. This store is deceitful and took advantage of us as customers. The day we bought our new phones my wife’s trade in was seen by the store staff Joshua and Tony and Tank the store reps that where there was some damage to her backing on her phone for trade in they said no problem 800.00 trade in value for the damage and 1000.00 for full condition of phone. We came into this store tonight after having a HORRIBLE experience at the Newport News Store last week. At Hampton we were greeted immediately upon entering and helped right away. Jasmine and the rest of the staff working tonight were friendly and knowledgeable and we really had a fantastic experience.
The short fat chic with the ugly honey contacts, sucks! She never knows anything. She needs to be a greeter at Wal-Mart. She doesn't know any product knowledge. Make her shred papers. Take her off the floor!
Absolutely excellent customer service. Waymon assisted me with purchasing an OTTERBOX Defender case for my iPhone 7+. He was very friendly and was very engaging. Also, he let me know about a promotion that AT & T is running.
AT&T is the company to go to especially if you are experiencing financial difficulties. They have affordable plans that allow you to keep good service and not strain your budget. Thanks to Sonja Davis at the Arkansas location who helped me fully understand my bill as well as see to it that I could keep AT&T as my provider.
