As with all cell phone stores they’re exceptionally slow. When I finally got help the sales person was hostile and argumentative. I was already frustrated and he did nothing to help the situation. Once I got to the manager, she was polite and helpful and offered creative solutions for my issue. Although I ended up canceling my service ATT as a whole isn’t bad.
After waiting in the lone Sent down the store for a battery without checking out any options for us. The battery for the unit is no longer being made. Now waiting again at the back of the line! Really
Corey, manager, in this store won’t stand behind the products AT &T sells. He states you can get a product replaced for free, but it cost $5 for shipping. This is not what I was sold. Do not go to this store. He treats you like shit.
I had an issue and they remembered me from last time I was there and they took care of it.
Michael "the Brit" was a great salesperson that did a great job getting my wife and son updated with new phones. Go to him if you want a great experience! (Your credit card will still hurt, but he had great ideas to reduce the damage.)
poor costumer service.. i don't feel safe in this place.. Ashley nhek their costumer representative looked up to my phone without my permission and bragged it to my friend. I don't trust this place.
