This is not the ATT that my Dad Retired from as an Pioneer nor the ATT my family was loyal to since the end of WW II... These guys are crooks that have written the text on deceit & dishonesty

I walked in today and they looked away from me when I tried to make eye contact. Two workers standing there doing nothing. One was on his phone. Been a costumer for about six years and coming here for five. Customer service here is very bad so I walked out.
I'd highly recommend not getting tangled up with AT&T. I was a customer for 9 years with 4 iPhones. As soon as you sign the 2 year contract the "customer service" ends - you are hooked. We left because of the high cost of service and poor customer service. Trying to extricate ourselves was time consuming and expensive. ATT made every step as difficult as possible, I guess in hopes that we would give up and resume service with them? But 2 months later I'm happy to report we are now free. My advice?
