I hate to be fast talked! Of course I’m absolutely hating Sprint! This guy little sales consultant just let this sale walk out the door! •fast talking • tells me the taxes from my other phone isn’t right! • Tennessee taxes is 9.25% (which I knew) • the taxes on his phones are way higher than what I paid prior! •the rep I spoke with through the 800# quote was so much cheaper and she was so nice! RecommendedI hate that you can't get through to a certain store to talk to anyone. I was simply trying to find a purse that as t my daughter left in the Bartlett Store but you can get through to the store st all.
Wait was far too long. They need help or more efficient personnel.

My phone has been down for 4 days and no one was coming out. Finally after 3 online chats, two online ticket entries and two customer service calls, they are coming out tomorrow. No guarantee anything will be fixed ....just "we appreciate your business l". Do you really???
