RecommendedI would like to give a tremendous shout out to AT&T in Oak Ridge TN for taking the time to understand my issue and helping me set up 2 lines with 2 galaxy S10+ phones. They were very helpful, patient, and explained every detail I had questions about. Thank you guys so much!
I paid my iPhone 8+ off and upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 on 9/1 at the Knoxville store on Kingston Pike. when I left the store rep had placed my phone's MEID# on the stolen list (don't know why) I took my phone to the Oak Ridge store and worked with the manager John Sharpe. here took care of the issue and I was out of there in a brand new note 9 and on my way in a matter of minutes. he went above and beyond and that's why I'm an AT&T customer.
The phone system is GOD AWFUL! You cannot reach a live person and once i found the secret combo of numbers to hit no one was available! The app DOES NOT tell me if your system that was down yesterday is working today. IF I am calling, it is because I need a LIVE PERSON, not some automated system that does not provide any of the information I need!
Thank you to the friendly gentleman that assisted me with upgrading my phone yesterday. I wished I remembered his name or I would gladly mention it. I also needed to find out why a specific line on my account was not able to be upgraded he provided me the answer within 2 minutes which is funny because I called at&t customer service and none of them there could give me an answer. It is obvious the people in the store are more properly trained then the people at 611.
I will never go to that location again!! The customer service guy smirked at my questions and acted as if I was stupid. Very disappointed in the service I received there and he didn't accomplish anything for me accept upsetting me.
You guys are rock stars! Mark, Austin, Craig, Jason, Amanda... Thank you all for helping me resolve my problem. It was frustrating but we did it!!!
