TERRIBLE! The store lacks customer service and I will not shop here anymore!
AT&T on Union attempted to help me but even the manager could not through to anyone to work with me. They could not find my account and turned off my service. I lost the pricing and gifts for changing TV and internet services due to their mistake. I had to request new service and wait 2 weeks for an installation I did not need. The engineered was amazed when walked in to install and saw the equipment this past Saturday. Now it is out again and they say I need a new Box! Do not change to AT&T!
My experience with AT&T has always been superb. I have never in my years as a customer had a bad experience. They always find a way to fix my problems.
I am and have been soo frustrated with At&T, I litterly get sick when I know I have to call the company for explanation of the constant incline of cost of services, being on the phone for hours sometimes just Is Not my thing, and trying to understand some of the reps is very hard to do. Not slamming anyone, just saying. If anyone can help me I would Greatly appreciate it.
Horrible customer service. After buying 2 ipad chargers less than a month ago because I was told they had a "lifetime warranty", when I came back to return them because they fell apart, they claimed that they were not covered "if wires are showing." REALLY-they fell apart! Wow. The employee then balked when I asked her to throw away chargers because they are useless to me. Just bad customer service all around. Disappointed in this AT&T branch.
