This store has the worst customer service I've every seen. Derick is rude and hateful
6267 Poplar, Keilan Lawson & Caldrick Short were a great help. I could not get any help on the phones & was told to go to a corporate store. I explained what I needed to Keilan & he immediately got Caldrick, the Manager, to help. I had what I needed within 20 mins. And had been trying to get this info for weeks. Nice people, very helpful & quick. This store is lucky to have these two men as employees.

AT&T on Union attempted to help me but even the manager could not through to anyone to work with me. They could not find my account and turned off my service. I lost the pricing and gifts for changing TV and internet services due to their mistake. I had to request new service and wait 2 weeks for an installation I did not need. The engineered was amazed when walked in to install and saw the equipment this past Saturday. Now it is out again and they say I need a new Box! Do not change to AT&T!

I purchased a Samsung phone . Then one week later it was recalled . I took it back. When I purchased the phone I gave them my I. Phone . And was told it was worth 100.00. I agreed . The deal art was giving was to pay my prior carrier Verizon off with a visa card for said amount . I was in hospital for a couple months and got a collections notice from Verizon. I called art. They said I didn't give my phone to them . And manager will not help . Corp will not help. So this company must feel loosening a four hundred a mint custo... read more
