Cost is high for data$$. Signed me up for the NFL package without even asking me if I wanted it. More $$. And the family plan isn’t a deal more $$. I have directv and the discounts don’t make up for all the add on’s. Tax, insurance etc etc. Will be looking around for new service soon! Also have their online service

They act like it is my fault that this phone is blowing up!
AT&T is a joke. I pay for insurance on my phone and they still want $200 to replace my phone. Not happening. Cancelling my insurance. Once contract is up switching carriers. Going to try to find another carrier to just buy out my contract.
Quick, knowledgeable, painless!! And very nice folks.
I warn all of my friends never get AT&T cable or Internet service. They lie than bait and switch you. They do not tell the truth about their fees and cancelation penalties, even when you ask them directly what they will be. Be warned they are not to be trusted and do not deserve your hard earned money.
