I am writing this review as a result of the experience my grandmother recently had when she traded in her phone with Siam H. The transaction included adding an extra line to her account. When she asked about it he said he will take it off later.
Worst mobile phone store in existence. Sign says your open & it's 12:30 pm. What business closes in the middle of the day. . VERSION HERE I COME! someone from at&t needs to call me at 763.218.0466. ALL LIGHT ARE ON IN YOUR STORE. being in retail for more than 40 years tells me your manager should be fired today.

Yesterday, 11/6/2023 I went to this location where I always do business. I had run over my phone. The last thing I wanted to do was start the process of what were my options in getting a new phone if that was even possible. Shopping for new eqjuipment can often be painful; theres so much to go through in picking out and afffordability. We were greeted promptly at the door by Chris. He was very friendly and clearly knew how to do his job well. He helped us upgrade our phones and helped us get everything transferred over to the new ones. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Chris! We will always ask for him.
