Had to wait almost an hour (while other people kept getting waited on ahead of me) to get a question answered then was told need to call and argue with customer service if you want any resolution. Then the guy said let me get the door for you (we were on the opposite end of the store from the door) and ushers me across the room and out the door. It was weird and like being escorted out. I wasn’t nasty or anything
I just had the best mobile shopping experience that I've ever had! Tabitha was great! She was super helpful, knowledgeable, I was in and out in no time and we laughed nonstop! I would highly recommend going to see her!
Worst customer service ever. Buy online or go to another store
This has notnjng to do with the superior store. But horrible customer service. I called to make payment arangments for my phone and now its shut off and they have NP record of me calling and want the full past due amount. Well they ain't getting anything and I'm going to a different company!!!!!
