1000%, hands down best customer service I’ve ever received by Jason. I’ve went to several different AT&T stores to try to have an issue resolved with my bill that no one could seem to figure out...Jason figured out the issue AND prevented it from reoccurring again in the future all within the 20 minutes I was with him. I was in a week or two ago and my sales rep Jason was amazing despite him not wearing his mask over his nose but the manager Scott made me feel very uneasy as he pushed and pushed some TV service on me, even though I already have DIRECTV. I already pay DIRECTV $144 a month, why do they want me to cancel and sign up under a different name? Felt very shady TBH
