Getting the worst service here in Woodbury this evening. Ridiculous to only have one person working from n a busy store like this. Heading to Verizon I guess.

RecommendedMet w Endo yesterday for a number of transactions. One, transferring a member of my family from Verizon to ATT. We needed the account number fromVerizon. We were on hold for 35 minutes waiting so hung up and drove over to the Verizon store to get the info. Endo waited for us and got is right back in. Got her transferred, changed addresses and set up Direct TV. thanks Endo for being fabulous and patient with these two ladies! N
This AT&T store is no good they don't do what they say over the phone they say something and when you get in the store they say i don't know who told you that because we not doing that am leaving AT&T and going to Metro PCS I'll pay less on my bill then
:45-1hour wait to talk to a sales rep to buy a phone. There is a person with an ipad at the door to put you on a waiting list to talk to a sales rep. Take the ipad away get a take-a-number dispenser.
