On 1/18/2020, my husband stopped in to get an Apple Watch. They told my husband that he was unable to add the line and lease the Apple Watch. He left very upset, but we moved on. my 15 minute wait was 55 minute wait resulting in a Manager who will talk to his Regional Manager about all the deceitful employees DirectTV has and how I have been outright lied to each step of the way. Despicable practices!!
