Customer service sucks bad! My wife iPhone was stolen and I made an appointment to get copy of receipt. Despite my phone number and all my services, iPad, Apple Watch and all, customer service agent refused to provide me a copy of receipt to show how much we paid for the phone so police can file charges against the thief claiming I was not authorized. WTF was that and their excuse protecting my personal information from me.... SMMFH.....
My husband called the Eden Prairie location and they confirmed they had the two Apple 5 watches we were looking for. We are a family of 5 with young kids so we braved the trip to the store. We arrived only to have the associate tell us they don’t have any in stock. We tried asking a few question and the associate was very blunt and rude then suggested we buy at Best Buy.
