I have been a customer since 1998. Their customer service is awful, and their managers are worse. You get nothing but the run around even when it is their mistake. At this point I may just turn off my service and get Xfinity. Loyalty obviously doesn’t matter to AT&T and it is a shame!!!
Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Was being helped by Jeffery, and another employee jumped in and basically kicked us out. Sorry won’t be going back to this store!!! Jeffery thanks for trying to help not your fault for the bad review!!
Really not helpful, we have a cell phone and a mobile landline and the young man Mr. Slobodan new nothing. Really disappointed with AT&T lately, poor customer service even on the phone or in person. They know everything when you are purchasing a $1000.00 device. He answered none of our questions and did not want to ask his colleagues in the event they would know? So we left and are considering a change in service after all these years.
Terrible customer service
We went in on a Saturday afternoon and got checked in. We were number three in line and they told us it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait. We waited there for 90 minutes and as we saw the manager sitting by the front door doing absolutely nothing we approached her and said we had been told we would be served in 40 minutes but we been here 90. terrible customer service. We had an appointment set up online at 2.30p.m @ this store, sent me 4 remind messages and when we shown up there we waited 30 minutes with noone shown up to help us. We do not have that such time to wait for you to send someone to come to us when we had an appointment set up already
So I went to the at&t store in Belmar to exchange my note 7 once again and they didn't have the Samsung device I needed. So I went to the store on Kipling and I-70 at first they didn't want to exchange my device because it's 10 days late, they worked around it, then they wouldn't bevause I didn't have the box and charger!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! The Belmar did it the first exchange no problem. Um there is a hazard recall on this device that I saved my upgrade for!! Mislead my wife into buying an iPad mini and committing to 2 year contract and won't take it back. Go to the store and they have us calling customer support since they don't have the authority to do anything. Long time customer of AT&T now just waiting til contract ends so I can switch!!! AT&T Sucks
The have us waiting for more than 30 just for a phone cord. Still waiting. They have you sign in and go off the list. Why have people sign in and you don't use the list. This place sucks.
