I am new to at&t ,I had ordered our new service online and my phone was dead on arrival ,Josh the manager and his coworkers went above and beyond by replacing my phone. So did Kathy who was a service rep I had talked to concerning my new phone. Kathy had called the Blackstock Rd store,where she met rudeness and lack of concern for a brand new customer.she then called Josh at this store and he immediately offered to help.
