AT&T took advantage of my 81 year old mother in law (she has dementia) buy getting her to agree to U-Verse. No they are charging her for internet and a modem. She doesn't even own a computer. I have tried to change everything back to just a landline but they want us to pay cancellation fees. I see it as they took advantage of the elderly but Big Corporate Business doesn't care. It's not really this store personally it's ATT completely!! While I never had problem with the actual services I had. I had all kinds of issues with the customer service. They have lied and just have not done what they say they would. I left this store with nothing done.. Was told to the Laplace store maybe they could help. You are One company.. Why do I have to travel to get help. Whoever writes the rules for how ATT handles customer service and forces the employees to follow those rules should be fired!
Your customer service skills are horrible. It was 20 minutes before someone asked if I had signed in and another 10 minutes before my name was taken, only after I approached someone. All I wanted to do was buy a $15 phone charger but no one wanted to take the few minutes to help me. I will NEVER use your store ever again.
