When I bought my phone the case I purchased with it had a in store lifetime warranty (just bring it in with the receipt for exchange). Went in and the POS manager told me that he can honor it. I asked him to contact his manager and he refused because he said that he was busy. Asked him to contact whoever was above him and he downright refused. Not to mention everytime I’d try to explain my grievances this idiot would interrupt me with “ that’s against policy”. So basically bought an over priced case at AT&T with the understa... read more

Was told phones were buy one/get one, but still charge for the 2nd after 1st phone was paid off. Called customer service and was told to go to the store. Went into store and was told that it takes a month or 2 for it to show on the bill. After waiting a few months, we were told that it will show as a credit for it. Now we are being told that the wrong phone was paid out and we have to call the number that already told us to go to the store we purchased from to begin. I definitely don’t recommend going to the AT&T in south land mall. Employees need some serious customer service training. I spoke to the nicest man over the phone yesterday. He was incredibly helpful. I go into my local store to return equipment today, not one employees had a smile, one asked what she could help me with. I responded i had directv equipment to return. She said “yea, we don’t do that. If you leave that here it’ll get put somewhere and never returned”. I explained to her that the rep i spoke with previously tol... read more

I havent yet determined if the young lady we spoke to today was lazy or inadequately trained. She wasted 3 hrs of my Sunday. After wandering around the mall and consulting with another mobile place, we determined that she could have done what we needed her to do. One of her coworkers helped us and fixed the issue. Both att stores in Houma are a complete joke. They are lazy, sometimes rude, and lack training.

I have nothing but trouble from AT&T. Worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure to experience.
