RecommendedScarlett was so awesome! We came in on Saturday November 10th to get a new phone plan and new phones. Scarlett was such a tremendous help to us to understand the plan that we got and also helped us save more by signing up for U-VERSE ! She walked us through every step and answered every question we had. She was very friendly and personable I definitely would recommend friends and family to go in and go to her ! Thank you again for all your help! We love our new phones and our new plan !

I appreciate all the help that was given to me and my son when we came in. It was wonderful to get good customer service when we virtually put out of the Dixie Highway store because the manager was closing early because she didn't properly manage the schedule for the store. These guys even stayed after closing hours toake sure that the phone transferred all information from the old device. Its 20 minutes away, but I will be going to that store from here on out. Might as well give my sale to someone who works for it.
I’m waiting behind all the people here to pick out phones and run diagnostics on their devices just so i can pick up a pre paid pre ordered reserved IPhone 6S. Get your shit together Apple
I just left this store ,we were going to buy 2 phones the employee Kris informs me when asked ,about phone transfer it Was Not His Job, ask to speak to manager he said she was to busy Good luck with these incompent people

Customer service & this new iPhone6 sucks! Since camera & flashlight is broke! You have a 14 day return policy is BS! You sold me a lemon tried to take it back 3weeks later spent 12 hrs combine with AT&T & Apple still haven't got it resolved!
First they don't answer a phone call. Then when. You buy a phone on this next plan they tell you one thing and when you go in to get a new one after the amount of time you where told they changed it to longer. When you ha e insurance on a phone don't plan on getting a new one anytime soon they make the customer deal with all the hassle of getting a replacement from some other company. Not happy with them one bit
