We have had problems getting our tablets to work for our ELD’s(electronic log devices )in our trucks. They are still under warranty! We have been in the store(they sold us new ones and failed to tell us it was under ANOTHER 2 yr contract). We returned them before they were ever connected to our devices in our trucks. Was told to call warranty. Guess what, day 5 of dealing with warranty and still cannot get it fixed! DO NOT get anything through these people! They are of no help when something goes wrong! Internet sucks with these clowns. Always in and out. Customer service sucks. They all just suck.
The sale last didn't know how to do her job told us to go to another WiFi place to transfer our contracts we went and done that and it would not work went back to AT&T and ask for someone else and she was rude too and the other girl said she didn't know how to do it if u don't know how to do ur job don't work there I have always got a person that knows what they r do n but today was terrible
