This store has messed up my account when the Samsung Note 7 occurred. I have been trying to fix it for the last 7 months. They lied to me over and over again. I have been with At&T for 9 years and because of this nightmare I am moving to Verizon and their response is Oh well.
Stay away from this store. The sales people will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign up only then to find out it was all lies.
Not very customer service driven at this location at all. This has always been my go-to store for all of my customer needs, but apparently AT&T has switched customer service focus to company focus. So very disappointed with my visit today.
Best at&t store hands down. Ask for bryan he is amazing and hooks.you up!! :)
