Terrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional.
I recently bought 2 cell phone hunting camera's that send pictures from my cameras to my cell phone. I couldn't figure out how to get them working. I took them to AT&T in Rolla, MO and they worked on them for a long time until they found out how to get them working correctly. They are very knowledgeable and did not stop until the problem was fixed. I will be returning there if I have any more issues. Thanks again guys! TOP NOTCH!!!!
Really do not like the way AT&T system works. I called the store and spoke with Kevin and you can't call the store and make an appointment. You have to go to their website ( if you can find the right one) which I could not, so I had to call AT&T and they do not set up appointments but one employee helped me and she had to make the appointment for me. I don't think customers come first at AT&T. My phone is due for an upgrade next month, but I am thinking of going to a different carrier and see if customers are rated first wit... read more
This place is the worst,their employers show no respect for their customers
Horrible experience. I was treated like an idiot and was embarrassed to ask any questions. The girl I worked with did nothing to help and the rest of the employees watched and rolled their eyes as I was forced to fix a problem that I clearly didn't understand with my phone. I could not leave fast enough.
They never answer their phone!!!! I have been trying to call for 2 hours!!!!!!
I would suggest any other provider than at&t. today on feb. 7 2015 my wife went into the store and set her phone down on the desk alone for a second to look at something on the wall when an employee picked it up and started going thru her text messages and denied ever doing it when confronted. she called them to get the number for the district manager a while ago and instead of treating her like a valued customer like they should have, they hung up on her. i hope the store goes out of business and they each lose their jobs.
We had a terrible experience at this store. Manager AND employees were very rude and not willing to help us at all. Lied to customer service about what really happened.
I bet it was for the new share data plan. Once you upgrade a line the price of that line increases.
