Never have had a problem and the techs are awesome!
Waited for over 30 minutes to be helped. Two other people came in behind me. AT&T guy came out and started helping one of the guys who came in after me. I said “Excuse me but I was here first and have waited over 30 minutes already.” Guys says “We’ll, I guess we will help you in a few more minutes then.” In just about the rudest, most condescending voice. I have had Internet for less than a month and had a work order in to get it fixed last Friday after my internet stopped working on weds. The tech never showed up and never called. I go out of town sat and sun get a call from the tech saying he would come fix it but I was out of town until 3. He says ok I will call you back after 3 and come fix it. Lo and behold he never calls me back and never comes to fix it. Then Today I call to complain because by now I have had enough. I get a call at 6 pm saying they are open to fix it ... read more

I can’t put into words how awful the employees are at this store! We spent a couple of thousands in one weekend in this store and they’re employees not only bold face lied but they ripped us off for even more money. I’m NOT a happy customer. They should be ashamed and AT&T should be ashamed that they have such people working for them! The managers are the worst ones. Not sure where they were trained but they should be fired.
It never ceases to amaze me just how badly AT&T and auto insurance companies "rip you off" when you are trying to make arrangements for ill family members to relieve their burden. A $10 phone bill became a $65 phone bill when I moved a line to my bill to help with finances. Thanks AT&T for the "ROYAL SHAFT".
I don't have AT&T Wireless or web, BUT I have AT&T landline and for more than a month...I've lost count!!! ;-( I ve had terrible static on my line, WHEN I DO have connection and I cannot carry on a conversation because I can only hear bits of the caller's conversation! Techs have attempted to fix it, without success! Wish an AT&T exec could attempt to complete a conversation with the difficulties I face!!! Really tired of not having signal. Can't even call and make a payment. Really? I've been with this company way too long and after this summer of always having phone trouble way too often I'm fed up. I need to be able to get a hold of my children and too many times this summer our phones can't call or text. Not happy.
