The Olive branch location has the worst customer service . I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

We are 6 weeks in after requesting internet service and setting up installation, with 3 service visits to our house where they said they could not install until a predig took place before hand, but could not setup said predig, many calls to the store, 800 number, and several conversations with management and upper management to resolve issue and get service installed. RecommendedFriday, March 22nd I came in to the AT&T Olive Branch store to update / upgrade my phone and transfer over to the FirstNet plan for first responders. Austin, Darrick, Chris, and Joy all helped me make the switch from my Samsung Galaxy S7 to the iPhone XS Max. I was there for almost two hours due to technical difficulties but these four were so incredibly patient and entertaining for the time that I was there. ATT Olive Branch give a very poor appearance of what good customer service is, after being in that store I was ready to move my service to another company after 18 years. There was another customer on the store at the time I was there that was apologizing for the treatment that she saw I was receiving now that says a lot for their service I did a previous customer survey detailing what happened I’m the store so I’m not going through those details again.
The Olive Branch store on Goodman Road is horrible and that matches the service we've received from them. (Huge issue with dropped calls) They lie through their teeth to get business. What's even worst, customer service knows it and all they can do is apologize. I'll be terminating my service with them asap.
As the other reviews, this store is completely bad. The young lady at the front door didn't want to help do anything but put my name on a list. You should really rethinknyour business module because the way it's run is not good. I really, really, REALLY dislike going in this store. I was able to find out the info I needed OUTSIDE of this location. Had the young lady been more willing to help me, AT&T Olive Branch would have sold me a new phone today.
