How hard is it to give someone a straight answer? When I ask "how much" do not attempt to up-sell me for an hour. Do not use smoke and mirrors to hide pricing. And for the love of god, do not think you are going to charge a 10 year customer an additional $60 in activation fees on a new phone. Not if you claim to want to keep a customer
At&t really sucks! I've spent 4 and a half hours on the phone with the service techs two said they would call me back to resolve the problem with my phone never to be heard from its been over two weeks since I've tried to resolve this problem. At&t is over priced and service sucks
