This store lies to people in order to get them to buy a product. Bought an iPad told him that we did not want any services with it. He says you don’t have to have any extra services we told him we don’t want LTE he said LTE comes with it did not tell us there was a fee or a price and now we’re being charged $80 a month and they won’t do anything about it this store is a liar
Don't buy the Invisible Shield glass + luxe. It comes off the AT&T will not replace it or refund you your money. The manger will tell you it your fault. That's what he told us.
Because of the service at this location I am cancelling every AT&T service I Have. Including Direct TV, my internet, my home phone and my cell service.
It was OK. Got my new HTC One A9. I didn't like how the sales guy tried to shove the case and screen protector down my throat for $65.00. I can go buy it from amazon for about $40.00 less.

Went into the store to replace my battery on an old phone...was told that we were eligible for an upgrade for a new phone...would only cost $1 plus taxes, and a two year contract..fine we got the new phones...come to find out not only were we on a new 2 year contract, but also had to pay full price for the phone...when speaking to the manager at the store, he refused to even look up my phone number to see what was going on...tried to contact his manager..no response...I worked for at & t for 21 years, this is embarrassing to... read more
All I wanted was to by the iPhone 6 with a regular 2 year agreement, per usual, and I get this new AT&T "next plan" shoved at me! Seems fishy, just sell me the phone the same as always, leave our plan alone, argument ensued; didn't upgrade our second line! Worse than any car buying experience and those can be bad. What is wrong with these people? You have to go to the AT&T store directly to buy a phone and not do the next plan... Apparently, you can't even buy one at AT&T?!
