I switched all 7 lines over from another provider last August. I was a little nervous about switching from a company that I had been with for over 13 years. Terri was so helpful in explaining things. She was honest about certain areas and coverage. I appreciated that so much. We have been extremely happy with the service and love the benefits we have with our Directtv package.
