These people seem to think I need service. I have just told them that their fiber is above ground in my alley and they need to put it underground. They don’t seem to understand and now I’m wasting my time and effort trying to tell them what they need to do they closed out my ticket. That’s smart Not. These photos were taken after I called the fellow came by. I guess he looked at it and left it in this condition.
I switched 5 lines from T-Mobile. Wasn't given all the information I needed for a smooth transition. It took me from March to May to get all my lines transferred. Now, I'm told it's too late for rewards promised🤬🤬🤬
Traded in phone for upgrade 7 months ago. To date the 800.00 credit has not been applied so now I have to file small claims suit since I can't get action phone. Beware of empty promises. I just want the credit or I want my device returned. After being a customer for over 20 years you would think you would get treated better
I can’t locate just the AT&T page and I can’t go one without a review I purchased a phone in 2023 traded in a iPhone received 700.00 credit my iPhone 14 was 1099.00 how here it is 2 years later and I’m still paying for the device which makes no sense I called and the lady see my trade in but states it has not been applied so I am paying 160.00 for 2 years coming from metro pcs of 100.00 for 4 lines to 1 line because they assured a nicer phone and I’d only have to pay 300 buck with trade in but they stretched the payment... read more
I’d like to spotlight the quality of service and efforts put forth by Justin and Ishmael, who work on the corporate campus. I had previously gone to another location on Adler Dr and was hastily referred to this location, because they weren’t willing to perform basic investigative and troubleshooting processes.
