I called in on 11/26/25 due to 3 video games crashing from slow internet. They apparently started doing repairs on Sunday the 22nd for a tower to support more people without notifying anybody. My internet speed went from 280 mbps to 10 mbps. They posted my bill at the usual rate with 0 credits offered for the inconvenience that was caused by them with 0 notice. Had a problem with my U-Verse and WiFi connection/setup. Tried everything recommended and nothing was working . Called AT&T tech support and was connected to Travis. He was amazing. Started talking me through his checkout. Then used my phone camera to inspect the setup. He was able to identify the problem and corrected the issue. He was efficient, thorough, and professional. I truly appreciated everything this evening.

ATT sales reps are not all legitimate. The one I worked with was an employee of BJ’s Wholesale Club. I was promised a free new phone and a $250 American Express card (which I did receive). I discussed costs and asked for details of the expenses. I was assured that my bill would not exceed $48/month including taxes and fees. I received a new phone but am being charged $5 + /month for it and I get a random bill for $20/month for God knows what and then my service bill is $61.89 which includes the charge for purchasing the phon... read more

These people seem to think I need service. I have just told them that their fiber is above ground in my alley and they need to put it underground. They don’t seem to understand and now I’m wasting my time and effort trying to tell them what they need to do they closed out my ticket. That’s smart Not. These photos were taken after I called the fellow came by. I guess he looked at it and left it in this condition.

Oh man, I have to say that I am both frustrated and a bit peeved. i say that because late this afternoon, I literally was finishing writing the last few lines of a very lengthy (but positive) Google review about two exceptional AT&T employees.
